An Air Force Reserve C-17A from the 445th Airlift Wing, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, delivered U.S. Army Soldiers to Kelly Field, Texas Aug. 31. The Soldiers are assigned to assist with the Hurricane Harvey relief efforts in Houston, Port Author and and other areas affected by the massive
