WRIGHT-PATTERON AIR FORCE BASE, Ohio -- Master Sgt. Alicia Lavender, 445th Airlift Wing MICT administrator is the 445th Airlift Wing Senior NCO of the Quarter, third quarter.

Lavender oversaw the inspection of 177 mobility folders during exercises Buckeye Storm and Buckeye Lightning. She developed an inspection template and standardized inputs from 87 wing inspection team members, reducing the report consolidation time 50 percent. Lavender customized and led the wing staff sexual assault response coordinator session.

During her off-duty time, Lavender participated in the Brite Star 5K Run, promoting suicide prevention and awareness plus helped raise more than $1,500 to fund outreach projects. She delivered meals to patients during the Dayton VA picnic and facilitated a school field day event for more than 200 students. Lavender received three Community College of the Air Force degrees in her career and completed a bachelor's degree in organization management.
