WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Ohio -- Any reservist who requires childcare services and is doing an in-person unit training assembly (UTA) is eligible for free child care if they meet the requirements.
Who Can Apply:
- Any reservist who requires childcare services and is doing an in-person UTA is eligible
*No free childcare can be provided for members performing a virtual UTA.
How to Apply:
- Send an email to Ms. Melissa Zehring (melissa.zehring@us.af.mil) 1 – 2 weeks in advance of needing childcare and she will identify available openings.
- The member must submit an AF Form 1181 and the Air Force Family Child Care Expanded Child Care form to Ms. Zehring.
- Forms must be submitted every time services are requested, but the member can put up to three different UTA dates on a single form.
