445 AW Airman of the Quarter, fourth quarter

WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Ohio --  Senior Airman Tyler Mohr, 445th Airlift Wing Command Post, controller, is the 445th Airlift Wing Airman of the Quarter, fourth quarter.

Mohr designed a database of Command Post knowledge exams. He validated the reference and accuracy for more than 360 exam questions, improving Command Post currency and evaluations by more than 25 percent. He orchestrated command and control for 42 Operation New Dawn missions involving the movement of 2,355 passengers and 1,100 tons of cargo. He also serves as a member of the Base Honor Guard.

During his off-duty time, Mohr is a Big Brother mentor and has collected more than 1,000 canned goods for the local food bank. He has a master's degree in administration and Bachelor of Science degrees in management, healthcare management and hospitality management.
