Allen 445th Public Affairs WRIGHT-PATTERSON AFB, Ohio -- The Air Force Reserve Command recently announced the new commander for the 445th Airlift Wing, Col. Stephen D. Goeman. Colonel Goeman is the vice commander of the 459th Air Refueling Wing at Andrews Air Force Base, Md. He serves as the senior air reserve technician responsible for 1,300 assigned wing personnel in 20 units employing eight KC-135R Stratotanker aircraft. He will replace Brig. Gen. Bruce E. Davis, who will retire in April. The 445th Airlift Wing Change of Command Ceremony is April 6, 2008 at 9:00 a.m., Maj. Gen. Robert Duignan, 4th Air Force commander, is officiating the ceremony.
