WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Ohio -- Members of the 445th Aerospace Medicine Squadron conducted medical training at the Wright-Patterson Air Force Base Medical Center May 7, 2017. The Airmen completed their training at stations set up in the 88th Medical Simulation Lab.
One of the stations was a suturing station that allowed the Airmen to practice wound suturing and hone their sewing skills. One Airman compared the skill of suturing to that of riding a bicycle, "You may get rusty at it but you will never forget how."
