445th Airlift Wing SNCO of the Quarter, second quarter Published June 11, 2013 By 445th Airlift Wing Public Affairs WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Ohio -- Master Sgt. Jason Gumm, 445th Maintenance Squadron propulsion flight chief, is the 445th Airlift Wing Senior NCO of the Quarter, second quarter. Gumm coordinated maintenance preparations and non-destructive inspections for four 450 hour thrust reverser track inspections with zero deviations. He fine-tuned the squadron's due-in for maintenance process, routing more than 25 parts through the flightline service center and saving $75,000 in depot exchange. During his off-duty time, Gumm donated more than $1,000 worth of household items to Goodwill Industries. An avid supporter of the Fairborn High School JROTC program, Gumm organized the donation of 20 BDU sets to the cadets. He's currently working on his Community College of the Air Force degree in aircraft maintenance technology and is completing a master's degree in business administration.
