445th Airlift Wing NCO of the Quarter, second quarter Published June 11, 2013 By 445th Airlift Wing Public Affairs WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Ohio -- Tech. Sgt. LeTroy Mays, 445th Aerospace Medicine Squadron medical technician, is the 445th Airlift Wing NCO of the Quarter, second quarter. Mays managed the Hearing Conservation Referral/OSHA Reportable Log, providing critical updates of more than 600 members for the commander. He consistently planned and implemented necessary improvements in the Hearing Conservation Program. Mays is a key member of the Aerospace Medical Council, where he provides guidance to squadron leadership. During his off-duty time, Mays volunteers with the Greater Works Christian Center where he participates in fundraisers, and helps out in the soup kitchen and homeless shelter. He received his certification as a licensed emergency technician intermediate, performing emergency and therapeutic care. Mays is currently pursuing master's and Community College of the Air Force degrees in health science.
