445 AW Airmen received PEP promotions Published Nov. 7, 2012 By 445th Airlift Wing Public Affairs WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Ohio -- Four members of the 445th Airlift Wing were recognized for their hard work and leadership when the results of the Promotion Enhancement Program were released Sept. 9, 2012. The Promotion Enhancement Program is a commander' s program designed to promote outstanding and well-deserving reservists who have clearly demonstrated the potential to serve in the next higher grade over the grade of the billet occupied. Air Force Reserve Command selected 149 Airmen for PEP promotions for fiscal year 2012. James Felton, Jr., 87th Aerial Port Squadron first sergeant was PEPed to chief master sergeant. There were only six Airmen who received this recognition. Felton is the only Airmen from 4th Air Force PEPed to chief master sergeant. Brian Algeo, 445th Security Forces Squadron training superintendent and Anthony Johns, 445th Operations Support Squadron first sergeant, were PEPed to senior master sergeant. In addition, David Reagan 445th Logistics Readiness Squadron unit training manager was PEPed to master sergeant. "Congratulations to our Airmen.
