445th Airlift Wing NCO of the Quarter, third quarter Published Aug. 9, 2012 By 445th Airlift Wing Public Affairs WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Ohio -- Tech. Sgt. Dejuan Gaskins, 445th Operation Support Squadron aircrew flight equipment specialist, is the 445th's NCO of the Quarter, third quarter. Gaskins implemented 15 new shop and equipment standards for the C-17 conversion. He provided advanced training to aircrew personnel on new lightweight Inflatable decontamination system program. He also implemented a quality assurance schedule ensuring timely inspection of life saving equipment. Gaskins volunteered as an event coordinator for MS walk at Kettering Middle School which hosted 1,500 walkers. He serves as a member of Mount Pisgah Church of Dayton transporting elderly members. Gaskins also volunteers as a coach to elementary children in sports. He completed his Community College of the Air Force degree in aircrew flight equipment and bachelor's degree in human resource management from Park University.
