445th Airlift Wing NCO of the Quarter, first quarter

Tech. Sgt. Gregory Rose, 445th Logistics Readiness Squadron vehicle maintenance craftsman, is the 445th Airlift Wing's NCO of the Quarter, first quarter.

Rose designed the curriculum for the expeditionary vehicle maintenance course, instructing 12 members with 65 core tasks signed off. He performed repairs on a P-23 crash truck's 3,000 gallon water tank, saving the Air Force more than $27,000 and six months down time. The sergeant repaired an MB-2 tow tractor brakes, averting a late aircraft departure.

In his off-duty time, Rose actively participates in community food drives sponsored by his church to help feed the less fortunate. He's donated countless hours to repair vehicles for members of his church. Rose completed his Community College of the Air Force degree in Logistics Management.
