445th Airlift Wing NCO of the Quarter, third quarter

WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Ohio --  Tech. Sgt. David Mashburn, a vehicle equipment maintenance craftsman assigned to the 445th Logistics Readiness Squadron, is the Wing's Noncommisioned Officer of the Quarter, third quarter.

Sergeant Mashburn organized and supervised 11 global deicers rebuild completion, saving the unit more than 100 man hours. He managed the scanning and routing of 6,000 area of responsibility ballots as the Bahrain Voting Assistant Officer resulting in 100 percent ballot accountability.

During his off duty time, Sergeant Mashburn is pursuing an associate's degree in business management from Kaplan University. In addition, he managed a local food collection program and assisted with his unit's annual bowling party.
