445th Airlift Wing Airman of the Quarter, third quarter

WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Ohio --  Airman 1st Class Jonathan Prather, an avionics apprentice assigned to the 445th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, is the wing's Airman of the Quarter, third quarter.

Airman Prather assisted in more than 20 launch and recovery C-5 Galaxy and C-17 Globemaster III missions during his seasonal training program. He contributed to 32 missions moving 1,429 cargo tons and 252 passengers. The Airman is currently enrolled at the University of Cincinnati pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry.

In his off duty time, Airman Prather participates in regular food drives through his family church. He also organized a cell phone collection for the "Cell Phones for Soldiers" program.
