Staff Sgt. Jason Hardman, 445th Aircraft Maintenance Operations Flight, was chosen as the Headquarters Air Force Materiel Command/A10 Non-Commissioned Officer of the Quarter, second quarter, July 9.

Sergeant Hardman, currently on orders as the nuclear action group technician with the AFMC/A10 directorate, manages 259 A10 senior officer communication and coordination electronic resources, maintaining a 97 percent on-time rate with zero kickbacks. He recently procured secure communication/crypto equipment at no unit cost; saving the Air Force $30K. The NCO mentors his peers through career development course challenges; he tutored/studied with one individual for more than 32 hours. The reservist was recently part of the "Corona Top" summit administration team, establishing vital support to a 3-star and two 1-star generals.

"I feel very fortunate as an Air Force Reservist to be able to contribute my talents and skills to Air Force Materiel Command. I think it is an excellent capability for Air Force Reservists to work hand-in-hand with our active-duty counterparts to provide a true 'Total Force' mission capability. I believe any Airman that truly believes and functions by our three core concepts is bound for success, that's what I strive to do," Sergeant Hardman said.
