Tech. Sgt. Michael Tungate, 445th Logistics Readiness Squadron, participated in the Independence, Ky., Fourth of July Parade with his two 6-year-old sons Micah and Hunter. All three Tungates rode on the City of Independence, Ky., float, throwing candy to the crowd along the parade route.

"The twins felt like movie stars throwing candy to the crowd and wearing their uniforms. They were exhausted by the end of the parade," Sergeant Tungate said.

The reservist also remarked that his twins love wearing their airman battle uniforms and enjoyed that they were able to wear them with their dad in the parade.

"I bought a set of kids ABUs and they love nothing more than to wear them. The boys loved that we were all in the same uniform for the parade," Sergeant Tungate said.
