All Air Force Reserve Service members are required to notify their commanders if diagnosed with laboratory confirmed COVID-19. It is highly recommended that AFR Service members also notify their commanders when dependents are diagnosed with laboratory confirmed COVID-19.

It is also recommended that AFR Department of Defense civilian employees and contractor personnel notify their supervisor with laboratory confirmed COVID-19.
