Rank/Name: Senior Airman Brooks Lyle

Unit: 445th Aerospace Medicine Squadron

Duty Title: Aerospace Medical Technician

Hometown: Beavercreek, Ohio

Civilian Job: Phlebotomist

Education: I’m currently pursuing my bachelor’s degree in nursing.

Hobbies: I enjoy spending time with family, playing sports and being outside.

Career Goal: My ultimate goal is to have a long successful career in the Air Force and eventually make chief master sergeant.

What do you like about working at the 445th?: Working at the 445th has allowed me to broaden and advance my career in the Air Force medical corps. My leadership continues to push me to be the best I can be every single day, in and out of uniform. The 445th has allowed me the opportunity to travel and experience things that wouldn’t be possible anywhere else.

Why did you join the Air Force?: I was born Sept. 11, 2001. I took that as a calling to serve my country for the thousands of selfless men and women who lost their lives that day. Growing up my father was an active-duty reservist here at Wright-Patt for 30 years, so I have always been in a military environment. With the combination of the two, I have always known I was going to join the Air Force. Luckily, I ended up here at the 445th AMDS.
