WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Ohio – In an effort to streamline the customer service process and improve efficiency for base personnel, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base debuted its new automated phone directory line Aug. 1.
Anyone can call the Base Directory Phone Line at 937-257-1110. It’s a one-stop shop to reach the most frequently requested numbers by base callers.
With the press of a button, callers will have the option to reach offices within Wright-Patterson Medical Center, base police and fire services, pass and registration, public affairs, transportation, the Exchange and commissary, recreational services, personnel, weather, lodging and more. In all, the directory connects to more than 40 base offices.
Any numbers not covered by this line can still be found in the base’s digital telephone directory on the WPAFB website at www.wpafb.af.mil. It is available under the “phone directory” tab.
