WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Ohio – Steve Hill, Chief of Staff, Oklahoma City Mayor, enjoys the view of the Michigan landscape from the flight deck of a 445th Airlift Wing C-17 Globemaster III during an orientation flight Nov. 17.
