445th AES reservist “pre-flights” equipment
WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Ohio - Maj. Todd Mulhorn, 445th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron operations officer, inventories a medical kit before a training flight. AES members routinely inspect and inventory equipment used for training and real world missions. The reservists must "pre-flight" their medical equipment with operations and calibration checks. The inventory often includes everything from high-tech monitors, oxygen tanks and regulators to defibrillators. (U.S. Air Force photo/Stacy Vaughn)
