445 MXG volunteers help local veterans
WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Ohio – Master Sgt. Alicia Lavender, 445th Maintenance Group, drops off blankets she donated that will be brought out on Dec. 5 to the residents of the Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Dayton, Ohio. Volunteers from the 445th Maintenance Group spent the afternoon filling more than 100 bags with items, such as soap, shampoo, lip balm and combs. Bags were built for both men and women so gender specific items could be included. (U. S. Air Force photo/Stacy Vaughn)
