Reservist's name added to War on Terror monument
WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Ohio - Master Sgt. David Allen Scott, a reservist who was assigned to the 445th Communications Flight and passed away in 2003 was recently honored by his hometown of Petersburg, Mich., when his name was added to the War on Terror monument at the Veterans Park memorial in Monroe, Mich. The monument honors servicemembers in the Monroe area who have served in recent years. Sergeant Scott was the tenth name added to the wall since the monument was established in 2005. He was serving at the U.S. Embassy in Doha, Qatar at the time of his death. (Courtesy photo)
