A nice morning for a FOD walk

WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Ohio – Master Sgt. Randy Hodges, 445th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, drops off debris he found on the flightline in a bucket during the wing’s bi-monthly foreign object debris (FOD) walk Oct. 28. More than 130 reservists and civilians participated, collecting more than four pounds of FOD, which equates to several thousand small stones. FOD on the flightline could be ingested and severely damage aircraft engines. (U. S. Air Force photo/Senior Airman Mikhail Berlin)
