WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Ohio – Chaplain (Capt.) Jonathan Kollmann, left, and Chaplain (Maj.) William Dickens, Jr., both from the 445th Airlift Wing Chaplain’s Office, pause in front of a section of the Pentagon that was salvaged from the rubble on Sept. 11, 2001, to honor and remember those who lost their lives eight years ago when the Pentagon was struck by hijacked American Airlines Flight 77 at 9:43 a.m. A remembrance service with members from the wing was held at the flagpole outside the wing headquarters building to honor and remember those who lost their lives that day.
