445th AES participates in DART

WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Ohio – Senior Airman Jennifer Edington, left, Capt. LaDonna Schreffler, middle, and Tech. Sgt. Sarah McKown, all from the 445th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron, are working on a patient support pallet that was used for litter patients transported on a KC-135 Stratotanker. Training during the 2-day Dissimilar Aircraft Refresher Training allowed AES participants to practice configuring each of the available aircraft through static training followed by two-hour flying training missions in the afternoon. The flying missions involved running various emergency scenarios on simulated patients. (U. S. Air Force photo/2nd Lt. Katie Spellman)
