Reservist wins Air Force level Honor Guard award
WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Ohio - Master Sgt. Mark Lyle, 445th Mission Support Group and Superintendent of the Wright-Patterson Air Force Base active duty honor guard, was selected as the 2008 Base Honor Guard Program Manager of the Year for the Air Force. He's shown here being congratulated by Lt. Gen. Charles E. Stenner, Jr, Chief of Air Force Reserve and Commander, Air Force Reserve Command, and Col. Stephen D. Goeman, 445th Airlift Wing Commander. The Honor Guard is dedicated to supporting the ceremonial needs of the 445th Airlift Wing and the greater Miami Valley communities by proudly performing as professional representatives of the United States Air Force.
