Maryland bosslift visits the 445th Airlift Wing

WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Ohio - The Maryland Committee for Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve sponsored a one-day bosslift to Wright-Patterson Air Force Base; bringing 41 employers and committee members to the 445th AIrlift Wing May 20. The group received a 445th AW mission briefing and spent the afternoon at the National Museum of the United States Air Force. The purpose of a bosslift is to let employers see first-hand what reservists and guardsmen do when they are called away from their jobs for a military assignment. The bosslift is primarily funded by the National ESGR Committee, and airlift support comes from reserve and air guard units. (Air Force photo/Staff Sgt. Amanda Duncan)
