445th Airlift Wing conducts WIT training
WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Ohio – Tech. Sgt. Bryan Anderson, 445th Airlift Wing Inspector General, inspections division, medical readiness manager, provides training to new members of the Wing Inspection Team (WIT) during the May 4 unit training assembly. More than 80 reservists have been selected as WIT members. They will serve as evaluators and validate the effectiveness of their unit, group and wing. They are on the lookout for waste, discipline, process improvement, compliance and performance. The new program is a key component to the wing’s Commander’s Inspection Program.
