Wing supports Dayton homeless vets stand down event
Volunteers from the 445th Airlift Wing bag and hand out donated items at the Dayton Veterans Affairs Medical Center Homeless Vets Stand down event Sept. 30, 2016. The annual event provides a meal, clothing, health screenings, VA and Social Security benefits counseling, and referrals to a variety of other necessary services, such as: housing, employment, substance abuse and mental health treatment services to more than 300 veterans.
