445th ASTS prepares for Patriot Warrior 2017
445th Aeromedical Staging Squadron Airmen Capt. Moises Googe, flight surgeon, and Senior Airman Julio Mariscal, surgical services journeyman, help off-load a simulated wounded Airman in need of medical treatment from a vehicle during a training event Feb. 12, 2017. The training event consisted of litter transport and CCAT (Critical Care Air Transport Team) training. Each unit training assembly weekend will have one dedicated day of such training to prepare ASTS Airmen for the August 2017 Patriot Warrior exercise, the Air Force Reserve Command portion of an immense joint field exercise involving nearly 6,000 Airmen, Sailors, Soldiers, and multinational forces.
