WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Ohio -- As the communities surrounding Wright-Patterson Air Force Base continue to see a spike in COVID-19 cases, 445th Airlift Wing 655th Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Wing and members are reminded to continue to follow Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines, and to stay home if you are sick.
Before departing for work and unit training assemblies, please ask yourself the following questions:
Question 1: In the past 14 days, have you travelled out of the country? (Aircrew who transit affected areas with limited exposure to local population should respond No).

◾No : Proceed to next question
Question 2: In the past 14 days, have you been in close contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19?
◾Yes : Stay home
◾ No : Proceed to next question
Question 3: In the past 14 days, have you been in close contact with a person with fever/cough/shortness of breath?
◾ Yes : Stay home
◾ No : Proceed to next question
Question 4: Do you currently have fever (defined as temperature ≥100.4 ◦F) or symptoms of new onset cough/shortness of breath/lack of smell or taste/sore throat?
◾Yes : Stay home
◾No : Proceed to work/UTA
Question 5: Do you currently have a COVID-19 test pending result?
◾ Yes: Stay home
◾ No : Proceed to work/UTA
If you show up to work/UTA with signs or symptoms of COVID-19, you will be instructed to return home immediately.
To keep everyone safe and healthy, you are required to wear a mask when you enter a building, are in the hallway, and at all times when not able to maintain 6 feet of distance between persons. If you do not have a mask, one will be provided to you. Hand sanitizer and cleaning supplies are available. You will be required to clean and sanitize your work station at the beginning of the day and at the end of each day.
Per state guidelines, all individuals in Ohio must wear facial coverings in public at all times when at an indoor location that is not a residence. Mask should be wore outdoors when unable to maintain six-foot social distance from people who are not household members.
