WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Ohio -- Over the past few days, I have encountered many veterans wearing service related ball caps.
I’d like to take this opportunity to thank them for their service, as I think about all the heroic women and men who have served and sacrificed to protect our way of life. Many of you have family members who served in our military and their contributions to our nation’s defense likely influenced your decision to serve.
Please keep these heroic veterans in your hearts/minds especially over the next few days.
I would also like to THANK YOU for choosing to serve, and for the sacrifices you and your families make every day.
