445 AW Airmen selected for commissioning program Published Oct. 14, 2015 By 445th Airlift Wing Public Affairs WRIGHT-PATTERSON AIR FORCE BASE, Ohio -- Staff Sgt. Tyler Mohr, 445th Airlift Wing command post controller, has been selected for The Deserving Airman Commissioning Program. The Deserving Airman Program gives Airmen a chance to enter into an officer position based on several key factors such as their personal commitment and success in education, training and physical fitness. The program is governed by Air Force Instruction 36-2005. How many Airmen can get a commission through the program is reliant on position vacancies and the number of Airmen who can meet the eligibility rules.
